Johnny co-founded JEMS Capital Group and serves as General Partner. As GP, he focuses on sourcing and closing high-potential multifamily investment opportunities, structuring syndication deals, and raising capital from qualified investors. Johnny is particularly skilled at identifying properties with strong value-add potential and developing strategic improvement plans that maximize investor returns throughout the investment lifecycle.
Johnny graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in marketing. He is the founder of Johnny Chen Media, a digital marketing company specializing in SEO and Facebook advertising. Johnny has built his career helping businesses grow through effective digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Over the years, Johnny has developed a reputation for delivering real results. He helped transforming a single drug rehabilitation clinic with $300,000 in yearly revenue into a thriving three-location business generating $4 million annually all through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
Johnny’s digital marketing expertise gives JEMS Capital a massive edge, Johnny leverages the same proven systems that built his marketing agency to attract leads and close deals faster.

Summer Pham co-founded JEMS Capital Group and serves as General Partner. At JEMS, Summer focuses on finding high-potential multifamily properties, conducting thorough underwriting, and overseeing asset management to ensure optimal property performance and maximum investor returns.
Summer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems & Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University.
Summer brings extensive project management experience from her background in the technology sector. Her career at IBM, HP, and PROS Inc. has honed her expertise in managing complex projects, driving process improvements, following through on critical tasks, and delivering results with meticulous attention to detail. She has successfully oversaw $10+ million and $30+ million projects across various industries including e-commerce, retail, and airline sectors, consistently meeting objectives and exceeding expectations. At JEMS Capital, she applies this expertise to managing all activities from sourcing deals to the closing table.
At JEMS Capital Group, Summer applies her analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate potential acquisition targets and execute the business plan. She involves in the whole process and rigorously underwrites with team, conducting thorough market analysis and due diligence to identify properties with strong investment potential. As the asset management lead, Summer implements strategic operational improvements and closely monitors property performance to ensure investment objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
